Finally I am able to supply you all with my year planners for 2009. Sorry for the delay, i have been busy with a month-long trip to Morocco on my motorcycle as well as the complications of crashing on a Spanish motorway on the way back home! As before, they’re done in Microsoft Excel format and are available in both horizontal and vertical formats. Please feel free to download them.
2009-horizontal-planner and 2009-vertical-planner
The holidays are official UK holidays taken from the BERR web site.

hi
thanks again for this – very useful. i asked the same question last year: have you found a way of populating these with events automatically? it is such a pain of putting in events that are already in my calendar software…
thanks for any hints or workarounds.

Hi Mike,
I’m afraid not. The problem is that everyone uses different calendar software for a start. It might be possible to write some VBA to import an XML file or something like that, but to be honest this is just something I did for myself once and people liked it so I keep producing them as it only takes a few minutes. I have many other software projects that are more pressing at the moment, but you’re request has been noted ;o)
David.

Thanks so much for producing the yearly excel planner.
You’re providing something very valuable to a market niche that seems to continually be ignored – specifically in relation to excel templates for OS.
Cheers

Fantastic, I wouldnt have brought the Sasco one at inflated prices if id known this existed.
A 2010 one would be great so I could start planning already, I may even have a go myself. Ill report back if I get it finished.
